Round Rock Symphony

Just five days before the Inaugural Concert for the new Round Rock Symphony, Jenny
stepped in to handle Advertising and Donor Relations.

She arranged for local businesses to donate printing programs, CD duplication,
photography, cash to cover moving the Bachus Conservatory Performance Hall 7'6"
Yamaha C7 grand to the venue, and program and mulitmedia ads.

She also emailed eletters to over 200 area businesses to increase ticket sales. Attendance
before the eletters went out was hoped to reach 300. Actual attendance after the eletters
went out was 560.
DSI

DSI develops award-winning computer-based training programs, manuals, and software
documentation and offers translation services. They have developed over 800 training
programs specific to the food manufacturing industry.

For DSI, Jenny contacted some leading manufacturers, especially food manufacturers, like
Coca-Cola, Kraft, Nabisco, etc.

Jenny was able to schedule demos with Brach's Candies, Blue Diamond Nuts, Cargill's, The
Bachman Company, See's Candies, Chemetall, Wenger, Mocom, and Elmer Candy.
Onion Creek Carpet and Floors

Kevin Jones with Onion Creek Carpet and Floors has been providing expert carpet cleaning
and floor care to the Austin area since 1992.

Apartments
For Onion Creek, Jenny contacted seventy apartment complexes in San Marcos to submit
bids for carpet cleaning during the student turnover from Texas State University. Twenty-two
apartments were interested in using his services.

Auto Dealerships
Kevin also asked Jenny to contact five auto dealerships, and two immediately responded
with a request for a bid.

Day Cares
Jenny contacted forty day cares in Austin for Onion Creek. From this short campaign Kevin
got one project that paid for the modest cost of the campaign five times over.
Funbus

Funbus is a gymnastic facility in an attractively converted school bus. They offer
gymnastics training to children at day cares as an enhancement program.

For Funbus, Jenny contacted area day cares to schedule a free Meet 'n Greet for parents
and students to become acquainted with the Funbus experience.

If eight or more parents registered their children, then there was enough to make a class at
that day care for the semester.

The campaign was hugely successful with several Meet 'n Greets scheduled each week
about a month before the official semester started.

We've repeated the campaign for three semesters and area day cares are becoming very
familiar with Funbus and their programs.
Elayne Barber LMT, MTI

Elayne Barber is a licensed massage therapist and certified to teach Continuing Education
Credit classes in her field.

Elayne was planning a trip to Dallas and asked Jenny to contact some Dallas area
massage therapy companies to set up appointments for her to discuss holding classes for
their massage therapists at their locations.

Jenny was able to book all of Elayne Barber's available time.
